Refund & Return policy

All purchases made from the website, on any of our social media platform (WhatsApp, FB, IG, on call) and in store are considered final sale. We therefore do not refund.

Kindly double check to ensure that you purchase the correct item.

We have an exchange policy in case any of our defects/damages on our products. You are encouraged to thoroughly inspect on delivery and declare defects immediately you receive the package. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be completely unused by the customer.

Be rest assured that we inspect all our products for defects before delivery for your convenience.

Delivery times

The rider will contact you shortly after your order is confirmed and complete. He will inform you of your delivery fees which is charged according to location then deliver to you. Kindly pay the stated delivery fees to the rider on delivery.

We also have a physical location at Star Mall A19, where you can pick up at your convenience. We do not deliver on Sundays.
